Major Fire Loss

This is a fire loss from a wall mount A/C unit starting the fire. The living room addition roof fell in, and the kitchen and remaining main level of the home were heavily smoke damage. We cleaned out all debris, provided the home owner with an extensive non-salvageable inventory list.  We also tried to salvage some of the personal property before we could do anything with the structure. When we started the structure we then demo the drywall, cabinets, flooring etc to get ready for the next step of cleaning, and heap vacuuming and wet washing to be ready for the final step of sealing wall and ceiling cavity's.
