This commercial building in Rice Lake sustained a large loss after an explosion which led to fire and water damage. As shown in the before picture the apartment building was a complete loss, but the adjoining office was able to be rebuilt in a timely fashion to make it "Like it never even happened."  Along with the rebuild services SERVPRO of Barron, Dunn, and Rusk Counties were able to offer the team sealed the remaining building from the smoke smell, and mitigation of the water and drying out process took place.  The after picture shows the building after its outside repairs.
