Fire and Water Damage to Commercial Property

The before picture of this office was adjoining an apartment building that had an explosion and started on fire.  The fire was contained, the adjoining offices sustained severe smoke and water damage.  The extent of the water damage led to the tearing out of all the existing structure and sealing the existing structure from the smoke smell.  The water damaged carpet was removed and the restoration process and cleanup began, the entire office was sealed correctly and reconstruction from our team took place as seen in the after picture. The customer was extremely happy with the process and was back in his office in no time.
