Perfect 10s from a Critical Customer

SERVPRO of Barron, Dunn & Rusk Counties recently completed a job where a hot water line broke in a basement. As usual, the customer was asked to complete the Certificate of Satisfaction at the completion of the job.

This customer gave SERPVPRO of Barron, Dunn & Rusk Counties PERFECT 10s! They also said, “I am a critical judge and refrain from giving perfect scores, but in the experience, it was perfect and can’t think of anything that could be improved on.”
