Local SERVPRO teams respond to Hurricane Irma
10/4/2017 (Permalink)
Our SERVPRO Production Manager Chris Nelson of SERVPRO of Barron, Dunn, and Rusk Counties headed out to Florida for Hurricane Irma cleanup and restoration. Chris, along with his Fire and Water Damage Technicians, Mike Hartung, Andrew Mathews, and Jake Erickson all of SERVPRO of Barron, Dunn, and Rusk Counties all put in a excellent communication process, and professional service to the below customer. The customer left an awesome message(below) for our franchise owner Andrea Hanestad which also owns SERVPRO of Hayward location.
Dear Andrea,
I completed the customer survey, but I also wanted to follow up with a personal email.
We had waited almost a week to get a return call from another restoration company. When I called SERVPRO, I received a call back the next day. It was worth waiting for Chris and his crew to drive to Florida.
Mike, Jake, and Andy were the BEST. Professionally dressed, polite and experts in their field. The removal of flood damaged drywall, cabinets, and appliances were done in a "surgical" manner. When they came back and removed the contents from the yard, it looked like nothing had been placed there.
For the most part, we are not use to this level of quality work by some of our contracted providers. Chris was an excellent communicator and kept me up to date what was going to happen and when they would be returning for their equipment. Any time that was given, the "guys" arrived at the given time.
Thank you for sending your crew to Florida to help us when we needed it the most. If you would also thank their families who made the sacrifice of being without a husband, father or son.
Bless You,
Susan A.
